[GreenKeys] Model 35 Answer Back

Howdy Folks,

My Model 35 Answer Back refuses to stop turning when called by another machine.  I'm not sure if I set up the wheel correctly....Is it supposed to be on the "ST" position when it's stopped or, is that a start position.....IOW, what does ST stand for on the wheel?

Is this supposed to be aligned with the cam that kicks out the clutch solenoid?  Something is keeping the solenoid up and the clutch continues engaged...after a while, the clutch solenoid will deactivate and the unit stops.

Any thoughts are sure appreciated.
