Hello Alf;

I'll verify what John has said: we've seen stories on here that
belong on Rod Sterling's Night Gallery!

The prop allocation guy might be a nice guy. The problem is the stage hands
are told to clear the stage for the next show/act/play - whatever - and
might not have a nice cushy place to store your 19 - so it winds up in the
parking lot. Also, they don't have the love for your 19 that you have and
really don't care what happens to it - after all, it is a prop.
