One such that I am aware of is the Burroughs B-5500 mainframe computer.
It had a Burroughs-built or added-to CCU with a number of rectangular
lighted pushbuttons for things like requesting the computer to let you
input a command. This was used only as the console device; outlying
TTYs were plain Model 33s.
