They are, but most suppliers seem to consider them near end of life... I'm
looking at a modulator to go with the demodulator boards I made a while back,  
but I am thinking I may use a microcontroller and synthesize the tones using 
wave tables in software, which would give better frequency stability and
be much cheaper, with many fewer parts. Kind of funny how that works in this
modern era... Heh. More computing power than even existed in 1945, and now
it's the cheaper alternative to a few analog parts.
