Well, I took yesterday off for a day of rest but decided I needed to put out this last chapter of the road trip journal.

On the last day of travel, Wednesday, we made it to Selma, AL and dropped off two pieces of Kleinschmidt gear that had made the entire journey along with Puddin and I.  They were a TT-229 TD and a TT-230 typing reperf.  Also dropped off a M-14/19 TD from Ron in Lincoln, NE.

After visiting with Joe and his lovely wife for a short while it was back on the road for the final leg to Stone Mountain.  We arrived home and got the trailer backed into the driveway at about 8:00PM after a total of 4225 miles on the odometer.

Many thanks to the wonderful folks we met along the way and for the hospitality we were shown.  It was a pleasure meeting all of you and I hope we get to meet with all of you again in the future.  And if any of you are in the Atlanta area please look us up or give us a heads up on your arrival via the Greenkeys list.
