[GreenKeys] Chadless vs. Full perforation

I agree that fully-punched tape is easier to handle plus you don't
have to be concerned with one of the chads sticking when you run
a tape thru the reader.

OTOH, the neat thing about chadless tapes is you can easily make
a tape loop by punching about 10 LTRS at each end, lining up both
ends of the tape, the beginning 10 LTRS on top of the ending 10 LTRS
and then running it thru your T.D. several times.
