A great little booklet can  be found on RTTY.com.
Click on Kretzman Technical Library,
On the bottom  left you will find: "WESTERN UNION Field Technical Manual"
You can either  download the entire book, or just the parts you are looking 
for.
Neat with  pix pointing to different areas. (Simple).
