I have these casters from surplus center. They are very nice quality.
The also send a great catalog with all kinds of mechanical goodies.

Yes. The leveling feet are a standard bolt thread 1/2-13
I got 4-inch casters in soft material for use on a hard floor from
W.W. Grainger. They have quite a variety in the catalog, and if they
don't have it in stock they can get them in a day or two.
Someone else suggested McMaster-Carr would be a lot cheaper than
Grainger, and someone else suggested

It seemed to me that unless I wanted a lot of casters the ones from
surpluscenter would cost more in total (including shipping) than those
from Grainger, and I don't remember the cost comparison for McMaster-
Carr.
