Sorry about the pdf. I found it on my hard drive and never remembered from
whence it came.  I must have gotten it from your website eons ago and
downloaded it.  

Now that you've shown me the photo from Fons' website, I am nearly certain
it was his. I will have to reach out to him and chat. It is QUITE an amazing
bit of gear and that it is so totally intact is amazing!
