[GreenKeys] Anyone know what this is (beyond the obvious)?

Well - sounds a lot like it's a 48VDC supply for 
"whatever"...   Not sure what I'm going to do with it, it 
weighs a *lot*.   Hate to scrap it out (the constant voltage 
stuff)... but at least the LESU mount gives me a platform to 
build a loop supply and aux. DC supply weighing a lot 
less...  Yes the price was right - embarrassingly so...  I 
offered to send extra - to cover the seller's fees, etc. - 
(since ebay is now including shipping in their fees) - but 
never heard from him; so 11.99 it was.  Came today - well 
packed, etc.

Well - thanks all for the pointers and suggestions...
