[GreenKeys] Anyone know what this is (beyond the obvious)?

Bought this -
<http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260810480863>
from the picture - I thought it was a "standard" loop supply
module for an LESU. It is (I'm pretty sure) a loop supply,
BUT the transformer is a Sola Constant Voltage transformer -
Catalog Number 211083-1 The oval shaped cap (barely
visible behind the filter cap) is indeed the correct cap
(according to "color dots"); and it appears to have a full
wave bridge with a 2K resistor, filter cap - and output fuse
(1A slow-blow).

The seller says it's working (56V output) - I'm not sure
what that means - as the fuse is blown - but since it's on
the output leads - he may have measured off the cap, or
such... Just got it so haven't had time to do anything
other than eye-ball it... but I will after work tonight.

Anyone know what this is (specs, etc.) ? what it was used for?

Thanks!!!
