The ad says "Teletype Lorenz Western 1920 Union. Typewriter",
but it's a Model 14 tape printer with a "Manufactured by
Teletype Corporation, Chicago, Illinois" plate and a
WU 2B plate.  Rather rusted, but the important parts around
the selector look OK.  Early-style keyboard with chrome-framed
keys. 110V 60Hz AC motor.  I don't see any damage that would prevent 
restoration, but you'll have to do the usual major cleaning and
de-rusting job.
