The model 15 is a 5-level machine. It will work with ITTY, but
will probably be of no use with a cp/m interface because computers
use 8-level code.

Finding a machine that someone will give you for free is possible,
but shipping it to Japan will not be possible because of the
weight of the machine, the crate that will need to be made for the
machine to protect it during shipment, and the actual shipping cost
will be very expensive.

You might have more success if you look for a model 32 (5-level)
or model 33 (8-level) machine. Since they were in use until
recently you may be able to find one in Japan.
