It is below... under the wall-phone.  Under it is a tractor feed M43.  
More heavy duty than the pin or sprocket feed version.
Sorry about the fuzzy image, it was taken with a 1 Megapixel camera  
about 1998...
That photo of me on the wall was taken by Pacific Bell and was on  
their website for about a month. I am holding a 100A Test Distributor.
