[GreenKeys] Good cleaning agent

Varsol, AKA Stoddard Solvent, AKA Mineral Oil, AKA Paint Thinner, 
evaporates and leaves little to no residue.  I.e., no lubricant on the surface.  
WD-40 (main engredient kerosene) evaporates and leaves a thin lubracant film, 
similar to what you get from #1 Diesel.  I've tried Simple Green several 
different times on different sorts of projects and it worked poorly to not at all 
on any of them.  I consider it the Melorene of cleaner/solvents.

To answer a question in your initial post, you can buy WD-40 in pints, 
quarts, gallons, etc.
