Couple of comments.  I notice you don't provide any snubber on the loop,
so the user will have to put something on externally to snub the inductive
kick of the selector magnet.  Also with the outputs of the HSR-312
connected in parallel the device is polarity sensitive.  How about putting
them in series to make it polarity insensitive, or putting a bridge
rectifier on the board for the same reason with parallel connected 
outputs.
