I'm trying to get a good condition Teletype 40 Printer working. As with
older Teletype rubber parts, the belts have turned to goo. I would like to
see if I can't make replacement belts by CNC machining a mold and making
them out of a newer material like silicone, teflon, neoprene. My printer is
the 132 column version and I'm looking for a new in the box replacement part
132 column Type Carrier belt for the Teletype 40 printer. I have a new 80
column Type Carrier belt for the smaller printer as an example, and here are
two photos of it...

This 80 column belt looks good, but I need a 132 column one to take exact
measurements of it. I'd like to get one of these, given up for dead, TTY 40
printers wizzing again.
