[GreenKeys] 67 WPM shift

Howdy Folks,

Today, in order to deflect my attention from the mess on the workbench and avoid cleaning up that mess, I decided to change a Model 28KSR to 100 WPM.  Upon removing the printer, new gears in hand, I find a gearshift!  Hmmm, 60, 67 and 100 WPM selection! ! ! !

Any idea of why a 67 WPM was on this machine?
