[GreenKeys] UT-4B help needed

I'm looking for help with a UT-4B that I am planning on putting on ebay. It
was sold to me as a working unit. It arrived in the mail with two wires
loose. (I think one wire came loose and was a cold solder joint that came
off a relay for the TD control) and another loose wire that had a section
removed from it. Thanks to the color coding, the loose wire with a chunk
missing goes from the clock to the UART board, but I cannot imagine why the
chunk of wire was removed.

Anybody have the board pin-outs? This unit came with no documentation. The
schematic on rtty.com of the UT-4 is helpful, but circuit board pin-outs would
be even better. This is the second UT-4 I've owned. The first one I built
(if you have it and the matching ST-6 with a built-in and filtered scope
monitor, I'll buy them back!) and whoever built this UT-4 did a fine job but
I've got a puzzle on my hands to try and solve before trying to peddle the
unit. If I can't solve it, I guess I'll part out the unit as there are a
couple relays, a nice regulated power supply and a bunch of switches I can put
to use elsewhere.
