[GreenKeys] Teletype Model 14 restoration - it has a stock ticker font!

In the beginning...
The first Bell System TWX service was created
in 1932 with the Model 14 trip printer. TWX service in Baudot
always used the fractions. Only private line service used the
communications
punctuation in the figures mode.

Jim Haynes sent me a Model 14 tape printer that needed some
work to get it going. I now have it typing, and it turns
out that it has a "fractions" font, with fractions
1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, and 7/8:

I found a font table at

    http://www.baudot.net/docs/smith--teletype-codes.pdf

It's NOT a Dow Jones 5A ticker; that's a different machine,
with a 6-bit code and ticker-style figures and numbers printed
on separate lines.

The base and case are WU green, but the typing unit may not match
the base; the keyboard is US TTY, not Fractions. Interesting.

(I've been making blank paper tape by running adding machine
rolls through an 8mm shredder. This is a stopgap measure until
one of the three sources I'm trying for tape comes through.)
