[GreenKeys] Teletype Model 32 Manual

A kind gentleman called John Rowlands, who is a civillian working with 
the Royal Navy, contacted me with an offer of the handbooks for a Model 32.

I declined the actual books for space reasons and I understand fellow 
member Alf Fisher has received them at my recommendation.

John has instead scanned the set and sent me the files. I've just 
finished tidying them up into PDF format. There are three sections

Bulletin 309B Vol 1 Technical Manual About 12 MB in 13 sections
Bulletin 309B Vol 2 Adjustments About 9.5 MB in 6 sections
Bulletin 12108 Parts About 4 MB in 6 sections

If there's any interest I'll make them available for download.
