66 WPM ITTY has been sporadic this afternoon because the tone source has 
been changed over to an ST-8000A.

The channel is now up and running.

Soon we will be offering on-line training on how to use the ITTY Mailer.

There is an excellent program/service based in Germany called TeamViewer, 
which does all of the things Windows Remote Assistance does without all of 
the hassle of the various barriers associated with installation and grooming 
necessasry for Remote Assistance. It is a Free-For-Non-Commercial-Use 
offering, and can be found and downloaded at WWW.TEAMVIEWER.COM.

We will be using TeamViewer for all of the ITTY Training and familiarization 
sessions which are on the horizon.

Some of the ITTY Staff already use it for functions within the ITTY system, 
and it works quite well.
