I've been working on sources for 5/16" paper tape for Model 14
KSR and RO machines without perforators. So far, I have the
following:

1. I can get such tape made by a paper converter, but the minimum
     order is $800. I'm getting a sample.

2. Various slitting devices are available for automobile pin-striping
and such. Most are razor-blade based, and none are very good.

3. 5/16" is 7.94mm, so 8mm paper tape should work. 8mm paper tape is
used in the semiconductor industry for packaging low-value surface
mount parts. It's called "unpunched carrier tape". There are
many suppliers, but the stock tends to be quite thick.
