[GreenKeys] Teletype M33 and 32 Training Manual

As a question, would it be allowed to post the manual up on BitSavers?
If it is allowed, of course; as I should think it would be a great
boon to many persons if the manual were posted onto a well known
repository of data on "obsolete" electronics.
(Also, please do send a copy.)
