I've downloaded the page images of  TM 11-5815-244-12 from 
The Hathi Trust, processed them into a PDF, and uploaded that
to The Internet Archive.  See:

It's a much larger file than the Google Books presentation, with only
marginally better image quality, but still not bad to have.
