If you want a slightly higher quality version of the same scan,
it is available from The Hathi Trust (the consortium of some of the
research libraries cooperating with Google, presenting the Google scans
themselves).  It's at:

The only disadvantage is that unless you're a member library you can
only download a page at a time.  The workaround to this is a python 
script, "hathihelper.py", available at:

http://library.sciencemadness.org/library/hathi/

The other only disadvantage ( :-)  ) is that the images retrieved
come as TIFF and JP2 (JPEG-2000), and not all programs can handle
JPEG-2000.  ImageMagick's "convert" program in Linux can (to convert,
e.g., to PNGs).
