[GreenKeys] Kleinschmidt Reperf Manual?

Paul,

I am supposed to have one extra copy of the -35, assuming that I can locate 
it.  $35 plus postage.  I have only one -12 but could probably reprint it 
early next year.  Unfortunately, I do not have the -35P.
