[GreenKeys] Gibberish On ASR 28 Printer And Tape Punch

Hello again friends.  I have still working on my Teletype ASR 28.  I am having a problem with the machine typing a combination of letters,numbers and punctuation symbols while receiving ITTY.  I am now noticing that when I type or punch tape I am getting gibberish on the tape.  I have turned the range finder knob on the printing unit and on the tape punch and have had no luck with either one.  Some of you e-mailed me some trouble shooting tips that I am getting ready to try as well.  I just thought I would let you know that the tape punch is punching out gibberish as well.
