My Model 28 Gear chart shows that this is gear set 162023 which is made up of 

163021-28T and 163022-80T

I'll send you a copy of the complete chart for your reference by a separate email. 

I would try RTTY Electronics as Paul may still ahve these gears.

Anybody know where I can get a 60WPM gear set for a aux typing reperf, 
TT-317/UG, BASE: MT-2234/UG part of 28ASR (AN/UCG-15). Right now it's
set to 100WPM and I don't use that speed. I don't have a parts BSP for 
that unit, so I don't know what the part#'s are.
