[GreenKeys] AP, UPI transmitter location ?

When I was in Viet Nam (1967), we copied UPI & AP out of Manila on
14.9xx Mc in our maintenance shop whenever we had a spare R-390 & CV-116
available. But when I got back to the states (1968-70), I could not
find any RTTY broadcasts other than the WBR-70 weather stations (8130 Kc
?). Our ASA company at Ft. Bragg, NC had 3 or 4 TTY monitor positions,
each with 2 R-390s, an AN/FRA-86 converter and 2 M28 ROs. They were not
used much, but as NCOIC of the Signal Maintenance Dept, I had to "test"
them occasionally.
