Thanks to a generous greenkeyer, a M28 print hammer has been found. Also, I have a bunch of transformer options that I can pursue. I'm still looking for:

1. A 'used old stock' (Westinghouse, Weston, Triplett, etc.) panel meter suitable for monitoring TTY loop current (0-100 mA or thereabouts).
2. Tag strips (?); not sure what these things are actually called, but you can sort of see them here:
