[GreenKeys] Tony Sale bad news

Those of you who follow the work of Bletchley Park, and the Colossus compute
rebuild project, will be saddened to hear that Tony Sale, who made this
happen died on Saturday.  I believe he was 80 or 81, and when last I saw
him, about a year ago, he seemed to be in rude good health.

The historical cipher and computing community has lost one of the good guys.
