[GreenKeys] Lost forever

One of the saddest days I can remember, was looking out my second story office window in Cambridge, MA, early to mid-70s and seeing , below a full open semi-trailer with Teletype (33s and 35s) machines tossed and piled high, presumably to be scrapped. Had to be more than 100 machines. I couldn't even get out to scream to the driver to stop. One can only imagine what was lost that day. I suspect it was Harvard or M.I.T., making the changeover to DECwriters, from Digital Equipment in nearby Maynard, MA., which were then just coming onto the scene. It still is a recurring bad dream. I hold onto my Model 15 with great affection.
