[GreenKeys] Model 33ASR

It makes more sense to include the 33ASR with the 8/L actually. Mostly
due to the fact that - if it is the original operator's console for
the 8/L - it has the DEC LT33 modification. Meaning, unless you have
it plugged into a DEC computer, its reader will appear rather
non-functional (and it actually will be a non-functional reader unless
the computer is asking for input from teletype based paper tape).

...So how much are you asking for the lot any way?
