I think this is GREAT news!!! I copied it this morning and watched
the "pirate bulletin" roll up my screen (no heavy metal here).

At first, I attempted to get my HAL DXP-38 working, and never
copied the first bit of text after about 30 minutes of trying. Then I
downloaded, installed, and ran MMTTY, and had text on the screen
as soon as it came up (through an audio patch-cable to my speaker)!
Strange!!! It has to be one of the settings, but I don't know where to
look. I checked:

Reverse
45BPM
USB
Also tried FSK mode (Ten Tec Orion II)
I know it was on freq. because MMTTY was working, and I didn't touch the VFO
Tuning indicator indicated correct tuning
Space 170Hz verified
Rebooted the terminal unit

Nothing seemed to work. I could -not- find an amateur TTY signal to 
double-check
against. I did find the WLO signal slightly high in frequency (140 Hz high).

If anyone has any ideas about any DXP-38 settings to check I'd 
appreciate it!
