Hello friends. I have hooked up my HAL ST-6 to the output of my soundcard. It is working spontaneously. I unhooked the 1/8inch plug on my computer soundcard and hooked up a set of headphones to my soundcard and heard nothing. I use a speaker hooked to the computer but it is hooked up via a USB port and not the soundcard. That is why I get the teletype feed from Sequim,Washington. Anyways, I need a good reasonably priced soundcard for a Hewlett Packard HP Pavillion a1114n. If anybody can give me a model number of a good teletype rtty receiving soundcard or send me a link that would be great. Thank you all.
