This guy has some cords in stock but at $24.95 they ain't cheap.

He advertises them on ebay for HP, etc. test gear,  Wurlitzer, Moog,
musical gear.

I've also seen recommendations to check office equipment stores or
repair shops, they were used on Friden and some other stuff.
