Boy, I am full of questions today, am I not?
 
Any way, I was wondering if anyone knows of a piece of software that would allow someone to take an image (either a frame grab or a photo) and convert it into a 'letter image' that would be composed of upper case letters and have the required carriage return and line feed so that an image could be printed out on a Teletype. I remember in the mid seventies going to the mall, and there was a guy who had a computer in a huge box (way before PCs), a Sony black and white camera, an analog BW monitor and a green bar printer. For 2 dollars, he would print your image on green bar paper in upper case letters.
 
This would be a neat thing to do for visitors to my TTY room when it is complete.
