[GreenKeys] The Roneo effect

Is is important for social record to note that in the UK this was a
Roneo machine, used for every handout. And the first thing every single
one of us would do in the first few seconds before even considering to
read it, was to sniff it hard! This went on for at least most of my
school life, just before the photocopier became common. Even some of
those early photocopy machines used very questionable chemicals, before
the modern electrostatic process was used.
I didn't develop any alcohol dependencies as the result.
