Yes,
The shipping cost via UPS depends on how much the seller uses the  
carrier.
If they do not ship a large amount with UPS they pay a higher fee.
I usually write and ask if they will use USPS but most of the time  
they are stuck with UPS.

Someone misread reference material.

These ribbons fit Teletype Models 14, 15, 19, 20, 26, 28, 29, 31, 33,
33, 34, 35, 37, and 38
They do not work with Kleinschmidt machines because of the spool design.
They do not work with Model 40 or 45 machines.
