[GreenKeys] Another Internet Outage

I have always felt that Ted Kennedy and the destruction of the Bell System 
rank almost as low as Hanoi Jane on the scale of attempts to destroy Western 
Civilization.  And destablizing the electric power industry ranks a close 
third.
