My Favorite "tape machine" is one of the Kleins like the
TT-179 or it's siblings... Tough, dependable, functional,
the TT-179 has two built-in loops -- each with supply,
switchboard, and provisions for including other machines

Ah... not so easy to find, though they do show up from time
to time...

Well - that's one big advantage of the stand-alone Klein
tapes - easily fit on a small desktop - even a (sturdy)
typewriter stand... not very big - though comparatively
heavy (they are VERY well built).
