[GreenKeys] Another Internet Outage

Gentlemen:

I am quite familiar with the ISP problems.   I don't know if this difficulty 
is particularly severe here in the Midwest (Don is about 180 driving miles 
from me) or if most are not aware that a problem might even exist.   Every 
time I get an ARRL message that promotes some form of internet connection 
for emergency communications my stomach knots.   And I have been constantly 
trying to point out this unreliability problem without success for several 
years now.    When I was working here in Wisconsin for a company in New 
Jersey this issue arose constantly.   I know that they never believed me but 
I might get an email from them while I was still on the phone discussing it 
or, as was distressingly common, the communication from N.J. might not get 
here for six or eight hours!    So if poor Don is cut off again my reaction 
is one of approval.   Maybe people will believe me!   What better proof need 
I supply?
