A gentleman from Quality Paper just called me.

They have plain white 8 1/2 x 11 sprocket feed paper available in both  
15 pound and 20 pound weights. However it is not available on their  
website.

I am supposed to receive an email with the ordering information.
It is not available in 18 pound. The 20 pound comes in a case of 2700  
sheets for $58.61 per case plus shipping.

More as it happens.
