That is the same place i bought my 1/4 Kw AM rig from this past weekend.  I agree, they are both great guys and Bob is very knowledgable since he is in the radio business anyway.  He also has a great museum at his business that will take several hours to go thru. If you like old radios and history, you'd love his place.  He also has some neat old cars he has restored.  The TTY he's talking about is indeed pristine.
 
I've got a picture or two of his old FORD car, 32 i think with a figurine of the USC Trojans as the hood ornament.
