[GreenKeys] Having trouble printing a punched tape on my Model 15

Hi Everyone,

This coming weekend is the Morse Telegraph Club's celebration of "Morse Day", the birthday of Samuel Morse.

Last year, I brought my model 15 to the Wabash depot in Ferguson, MO and printed a punched tape message on it explaining what we were doing with the operating telegraph in the depot.

Last year, I noticed that the tape I played back did not play back cleanly.  The punched tape message had the letters "piling up" on the left edge.  It did not do this consistently but did do it frequently.  I assumed I had done something wrong.  I got out the hardware this evening and first ran the fox box with perfect printing.  I then punched a tape (complete with multiple typos) and then played it back several times on the Model 15.  It never really played back cleanly and I'm looking for some suggestions as to what I am doing wrong.  Please note that the reperforator I'm using this year is different than the reperforator I used last year but I'm still getting the same piled up text:

Here is the first playback...notice that the typos on line 3 "piled up".

Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem?
