Just checked a few stations again and here is what I got: 
Flint and Detroit,
Michigan March 15th. Lansing, Michigan March 14th. 
Bakersfield, CA March
15th. San Diego, CA March 18th. Naples, FL April 16th. Go 
figure!

     FWIW, I just looked at Los Angeles weather on the NWS 
web site. Part of the page was correct but the "current 
weather conditions" for downtown were dated April 13 and 
showed the conditions then. I think the problem is at the 
NWS.
