I talked to Bob, the ham who posted this ad, and he described the unit 
as "Pristine". I asked him to take some pictures and post them with the 
Craigslist ad; the link in his ad shows a 28 KSR at the Museum of 
Communications, not the actual unit he's selling.

Bob said he is also selling a large transmitter from the estate of a 
Silent Key, and has lots of other goodies.
