[GreenKeys] KSM Schedule 4/9 - On The Air

As a result of the agreement to keep the US government open KSM will be on the air today, 9 April, on a modified schedule.

KSM will be unable to reply to calls.  Instead there will be extended press and weather service on all CW frequencies.  RTTY service will be available on all frequencies as usual, probably including continued testing on 6328.0.

K6KPH will not be on the air.

We plan to return to our normal schedule on 16 April.
