[GreenKeys] KSM/K6KPH Possibly QRT on Saturday

The National Park Service has informed us that if the US government indeed shuts down we will be unable to access the transmit and receive sites for KSM and K6KPH, thus both stations will be off the air.  We'll make a follow up announcement if the situation changes.
